We work collaboratively with Audiologists, Psychologists, GPs, ENT Specialists and other healthcare professionals to deliver a more holistic approach to patient care.
Our vision is to continue building one of Australia's most trusted and progressive hearing and tinnitus healthcare services.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As part of our Sunshine Coast clinical team, you'll have the opportunity to work across a diverse and rewarding caseload.
Depending on your qualifications, experience and clinical scope, your role may include:
Conducting comprehensive adult hearing assessments
Providing hearing aid assessments, fittings, adjustments and rehabilitation
Supporting clients through their hearing healthcare journey
Conducting tinnitus assessments and supporting personalised management plans
Delivering or assisting with specialist tinnitus treatment programs
Providing patient education, counselling and ongoing clinical support
Monitoring patient outcomes and reviewing treatment effectiveness
Building relationships with local GPs, ENT Specialists and other healthcare providers
Supporting eligible veterans and pensioners through relevant government-funded hearing programs
Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
We believe quality clinical care starts with having the time, resources and support to genuinely help patients,
rather than simply moving them through appointments.

Ideally, you'll bring:
Relevant qualifications in Audiology or Audiometry
Eligibility to practice within your professional scope in Australia

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A warm, empathetic and patient-centred approach
The ability to work independently and collaboratively

WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?
