This opportunity suits an experienced, autonomous, business development-focused Strata Manager who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and taking ownership of their portfolio.The roleManage a portfolio of body corporate schemes.Build trusted relationships with committees, owners and contractors.Prepare agendas and minutes, and chair AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings.Bring on new business where possible with support from HQOversee budgets, financial reporting and levy matters.Coordinate maintenance, repairs, quotations and major works.Guide committees on by-laws, compliance and body corporate responsibilities.Liaise with legal advisers,
