hands-on experience in workflow and data automation using Python (arcpy, spatial scripts) and Esri ModelBuilder.Enterprise Spatial Data Architecture: Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise data warehouse design, spatial database management, and data manipulation.Web Services Administration: Proven capability to build, deploy, secure, monitor, and maintain WMS and WFS capabilities.Esri ArcGIS Platform Expertise: In-depth technical proficiency with ArcGIS Pro, contemporary desktop GIS, geodesy, coordinate systems, and mobile GIS tools.Tertiary Qualification: Degree in Spatial Information Systems, Spatial Science, Surveying, Earth/Environmental Science, or equivalent extensive industry experience.Key Selection Criteria:Emergency / Bio-security Response Experience: Ability to deliver high-priority spatial analyticsEarth Observation Data: Background in image-based processing, remote sensing, and Earth Observation data analytics (Desirable).
Professional Certification: GISP-AP (GIS Professional Asia Pacific) certification is highly regarded.Communication Skills: Demonstrated capability to translate complex spatiotemporal concepts into clear reports, visuals, and stakeholderpresentations.This position would suit a skilled GIS operator who is immediately available for full time contract work.
The incumbent will require a valid National Police Clearance.Teritory qualifications in Spatial Information Systems or equivalent
