reconciling banking and review and align property policy and procedure against trust compliance.Preparing end of month reportsPreparing bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations for the relevant entities where properties are reporting under.Preparing bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations for any additional entities as required.Ensuring the asset register is maintained and kept up to date.Ensuring accuracy of BAS reporting.Preparing a variety of invoices and ensuring timely collectability.Ad-hoc other admin duties.Assisting the Finance Manager and other accountants as required.Skills and ExperienceA relevant tertiary qualification, whilst pursuing a CA/CPA is an advantageSound understanding of accounting principalsExperience in Receptionist, Hotel Guest Service Agent, or Night Auditor will provide you with transferable skills which are an advantage.Highly organised with a key eye for detail and numbersProven ability to manage assigned tasks in a faced paced environmentAbility to adapt to new systems (knowledge of Microsoft Great Plains desirable)Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills
