We are seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper / Accounts Manager for our Perth CBD based private wealth management firm.
The role is a 45 hour per fortnight position.
The office hours can be adaptable to suit and be spread across the days of Tuesday through to Friday.The successful applicant will have 5 or more years of experience in a similar role in a professional services firm, can demonstrate a level of high attention to detail and have prior experience with Xero.We are looking for an individual who can adapt to changing priorities and maintain a professional and flexible attitude.To be successful in the role you will possess:excellent attention to detailadvanced knowledge of Xeroexperienced with IAS and BASintermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excelexposure to the commercial property and strata tenancy accountsthe ability to prioritise and organise multiple tasks and deadlinesstrong verbal and written communication skillsa methodical and dedicated work ethicability to use initiativeYour duties will consist of:managing financial accounts, including entry of transactions into Xero.reconciling bank accounts and credit cardsaccounts preparation to balance sheetprovision of BAS and IAS services as requiredreviewing transactions and analysing expenses, ensuring tax deductions are appliedmaintaining investment property income and expensesprovision of detailed information to an external accountant (including year-end workpapers)Applicants must have the right to work unrestricted in Australia.
