Performance Marketing Specialist — EcommerceYou'll be responsible for driving paid acquisition activity for a growing Australian-made ecommerce brand, primarily across Meta and Google.
You'll be trusted to lead decisions and back your ideas with testing and data, collaborating with the Head of Ecommerce to shape ecommerce growth.Key responsibilitiesPaid acquisition strategy and execution across Meta and GoogleManaging, optimising and scaling significant media investmentCampaign planning and strategy across BAU trading, launches and major promotional periodsIdentifying opportunities to profitably scale new customer acquisitionGoogle Shopping and Performance Max performanceManage budget allocation across media channels, forecasting and performance reporting, ensuring spend stays within budgetMeasuring performance beyond platform ROAS, including CAC, MER, contribution margin and new-customer economicsTracking, attribution and measurementTesting emerging channels such as TikTok, Reddit and Pinterest where there's a strong commercial caseWork closely with the Content & Partnerships Manager and broader marketing team to understand what's working, identify winning creatives, and turn performance data into clear creative briefs and testing prioritiesAbout youStrong hands-on experience across Meta Ads and Google AdsProven experience independently managing and scaling significant ecommerce media budgetsStrong ecommerce and commercial instinctsShopify experienceAn understanding of CAC, MER, AOV,
