Our social responsibility is what drives us, and we make an impact through contributions and support we give our communitiesKey result areas include:Strategically plan and manage the hire of heavy plant and equipment across the Australia West regionLiaise with Plant and Project Managers to negotiate hire rates and identify, implement, and maintain system efficiencies and improvements in line with control estimatesLiaise and negotiate rates and terms with suppliers, as well as internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate with Mining and Civil operations to coordinate the hire of required equipment for projectsManage on-hire and off-hire contractsProcess equipment hires and off-hires in accordance with established proceduresNegotiate terms and coordinate delivery and collection in line with operational requirementsWork autonomously with a strong focus on established procedures and strict adherence to WHS policiesEnsure compliance with relevant laws, regulations,
