We have designed a proven sales system that ensures you are only spending time on serious prospects - giving you every success to close deals each day.You will work qualified inbound leads that have already been filtered through a structured discovery process.Your role is to:Conduct technical consultations (phone + site visits)Design and present tailored solar and battery solutionsProvide accurate proposalsClose high-quality residential projectsMaintain clean handovers to operationsWe are looking for sales professionals who sell properly and take pride in putting customers into the right solar and battery solutions for their needs.Earnings & Structure$70,000 base salary + super + weekly travel allowanceUncapped commission (inclusive of super)Realistic OTE: $130k–$160kStrong performers exceed $180kAverage rep target: ~$300k monthly net revenueStrong performer: $400k+ monthly net revenueTop performer: $500k+ monthly net revenueCommission is revenue-based and structured for scalability.
