You'll be hands-on building AR, VR, and MR experiences that reach fans at live events, on their devices, and across digital platforms — working alongside experienced developers, designers, and AI engineers in a collaborative environment that values creativity, technical excellence,



and a genuine love for what you do.If you're passionate about immersive technology and want to build experiences that millions of fans actually feel — this is the role for you.What You'll DoXR Development & DeliveryDevelop AR/VR/MR applications for sports fan engagement, live event activations, and stadium experiencesBuild real-time 3D environments, interactive AR overlays, and immersive VR experiences using Unity and/or Unreal EngineImplement integrations with AI systems, live data feeds, and broadcast technologiesOptimise XR experiences for performance across Meta Quest, iOS/Android AR, and WebXRWrite clean, well-documented, and maintainable code in line with team standardsCollaboration & CommunicationWork closely with UX/UI designers and technical artists to bring creative briefs to lifeParticipate in Agile ceremonies — stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectivesCommunicate progress, blockers, and solutions clearly within the teamContribute ideas and technical insights during brainstorming and innovation sessionsQuality & TestingConduct thorough testing across devices and platforms to ensure quality and performanceIdentify and resolve bugs and performance issues swiftly and efficientlySupport UAT with internal stakeholders and clients as requiredLearning & DevelopmentStay current with emerging XR technologies, tools, and industry trendsActively participate in code reviews and team learning initiativesPursue professional development — we'll support you every step of the wayEssentialWHAT YOU BRING2+ years of skilled XR development experience (AR/VR/MR) — with a portfolio to prove itProficiency in Unity (C#) and/or Unreal Engine (C++/Blueprints)Experience with ARKit, ARCore, Vuforia,
