With operations in more than 80 countries, we help customers connect, power and automate critical industrial infrastructure across manufacturing, energy, water, mining, transportation and emerging technologies.We are seeking an experienced Business Controller to support the next phase of growth for our ANZ business.About the roleReporting directly to the Managing Director Australia, this role serves as a key member of the leadership team and acts as the financial co-pilot to the business.
You'll play a critical role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, improving business processes and ensuring strong governance across the organisation.
The role also provides leadership across financial operations, business controlling and local IT governance activities.Key responsibilitiesLead budgeting,



forecasting and financial planning activitiesDeliver financial insights and recommendations to improve business performanceDevelop and monitor KPIs across the organisationProvide commercial support throughout project lifecyclesConduct variance analysis and profitability assessmentsPrepare management, board and statutory reportingEnsure compliance with taxation, statutory and corporate requirementsMonitor cash flow and working capital performanceLiaise with external auditors, banks and financial partnersSupport organisational change and continuous improvement initiativesCoordinate local IT governance and support with regional teams.To be successful you will possess:CPA or CA qualificationDegree in Finance, Accounting or CommerceMinimum 10 years' experience in Business Controlling, Commercial Finance or Financial Leadership rolesStrong understanding of project-based businesses and commercial environmentsExperience within multinational organisationsAdvanced SAP and Power BI capabilityStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilityAbility to influence and support executive decision-makingA proactive and adaptable leadership styleWhat We OfferSenior leadership role with direct access to executive managementExposure to regional and global business operationsCollaborative and supportive workplace cultureOpportunity to influence strategic decisionsCompetitive salary package and advantages
