The role has been created due to growth of two divisions and there is a high chance of moving to permanent for the right candidate.The RoleReporting to the CFO, you will take ownership of all group reporting activities, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant financial outcomes.
You will lead a team of eight, driving best‐practice processes, strengthening controls and supporting the business through a period of continued expansion.
This role suits a technically strong finance leader with proven consolidation experience, exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate confidently in a fast‐paced technology environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee group consolidation across several entities, ensuring accuracy, completeness and complianceLead and mentor a team of 8,



fostering capability development and high‐performance cultureDeliver monthly, quarterly and annual group reporting, including analysis, commentary and insightsManage group‐level financial controls, reconciliations and governancePartner with senior stakeholders across finance, operations and technologySupport audit processes, statutory reporting and compliance requirementsDrive process improvements across the group finance functionContribute to systems optimisation and reporting enhancements as the business scalesYour ProfileYou will be an experienced, qualified finance leader with group consolidation and reporting experience.
You will ideally have experience working in technology, SAAS or a similar industry and be able to start immediately or on short notice.
