Sanwell Fire Protection is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of fire protection projects from award through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders including clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.Key responsibilitiesManage the full project lifecycle from handover to practical completionCoordinate project resources including labour, materials, subcontractors, and equipmentMonitor project budgets, costs, forecasts, variations, and financial performanceBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, builders, and suppliersLead project meetings and provide regular progress reportingEnsure compliance with contractual, statutory, and company requirementsDrive project safety outcomes in accordance with WHS obligationsManage procurement activities and material delivery schedulesReview project documentation, drawings, specifications, and design changesOversee commissioning, testing,
