Senior Project Manager/ Construction ManagerReporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take responsibility for construction delivery, operational performance and the continued development of project teams.
You will work closely with the Managing Director to help shape the company's future, strengthen internal capabilities and establish the foundations required for sustainable growth.
This position also offers the chance to contribute to business development through existing industry relationships and ability to identify and secure suitable, profitable projects.Key responsibilitiesProvide strong, visible leadership across all construction projectsMentor, develop and hold Site Managers and project teams accountableFoster a positive, collaborative and high-performance cultureSupport recruitment and the development of a scalable management structureOversee project delivery across safety, quality, programming, budgets and client satisfactionIntroduce practical systems for procurement, forecasting, variations, reporting and project completionIdentify and manage construction risks before they affect project outcomesMaintain exceptional workmanship and attention to detail across all projectsWork collaboratively with architects,
