About the RoleBased at Goonyella Riverside Mine and reporting to the Dragline Superintendent, you will lead and coordinate a Dozer Push Production Crew, while delivering production targets and fostering a high-performing team culture.
You will ensure the safe execution of the mine plan in accordance with operating standards, procedures, and defined processes to deliver optimal production outcomes.In this role your key responsibilities will include:Manage a team of experienced operators, encourage the development of the teams' skills to support the delivery of superior production outcomesApply a continuous improvement approach to identify and improve on our operating philosophy and processes, ensuring quality and efficiency in our operationsLead by example, promote and take the lead,



supporting and encouraging a diverse team of Operators to work in a collaborative and inclusive environment ensuring a safety-first approachThis role will involve the implementation of & overseeing a fleet of semi-autonomous dozers, by way of Caterpillar command technology, from a central control room located onsite at Goonyella RiversideThis role works a 7/7 day/night roster.About YouYou will have the ability to lead positive change and support the continued development of your team.
