As Finance Manager – Marketing & Customer, you'll partner with senior leaders to shape and optimise significant investment, ensuring every dollar delivers maximum impact.Sitting at the heart of commercial finance, this role exists to provide insight, challenge thinking, and improve decision‐making across a fast‐moving customer and marketing environment.Your role, your impactReporting to the Head of Finance – Wagering & Media, you will be the trusted finance partner to Marketing and Customer leaders.
You'll own financial performance, provide commercial insight, and lead one team member while influencing decisions across a significant operating budget.Partner with customer and marketing leaders on financial decisionsOwn budgeting, forecasting and month‐end performance reportingProvide modelling, analysis and commercial recommendationsTrack sponsorship and promotional investment effectivenessPrepare executive reporting and quarterly business reviewsCoach and develop one direct reportYour game changing qualitiesYou are a commercially minded finance leader who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, simplifying complexity and turning insights into action.Experienced partnering with senior business stakeholdersStrong financial modelling, analysis and reporting capabilityExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsCA or CPA QualifiedHigh attention to detail across accounting,
