Calleo is seeking multiple Service Desk Analysts to join a major Federal Government project based in Canberra.
You will provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, manage incidents and requests, and help maintain IT operations on-site.The successful candidate will hold an NV1 security clearance, have Service Desk or IT Support experience, and bring solid troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills.
Government or large-enterprise experience is desirable.
