Our game is simple: get the right homeowner's attention, give them more than they expect, and get the quote over the line.We use AI across the whole business, from ads and content to quoting and follow-up.
Now we want an early-career all-rounder who lives and breathes this stuff to work hand in hand with our Managing Director for 12 months, and earn the right to lead the department we build together.What you'll doUse AI every day: write ad copy, build content, research customers, draft quotes and follow-ups, and find new ways to work fasterCreate the ads: Meta and Google campaigns, short-form video from real jobs, social posts and landing pages that make homeowners pick up the phoneGet out and sell: drive to customer meetings across Sydney with the MD, sit in on consultations, then run them yourselfPick up the phone: follow up enquiries and quotes until they're won, call past customers, start recent conversationsHelp prepare quotes and proposals,



and keep our CRM pipeline cleanHand sold work to our operations team so customers get exactly what was promisedWho you areGenuinely obsessed with AI.
