Senior Project Engineer - Sydney Water Pipeline Sydney, NSW | Tier 3 Civil Contractor CGC Recruitment is working with an established Sydney-based Tier 3 civil contractor that has secured a $15 million Sydney Water pipeline project and is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join the team.
The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take a lead role in the delivery of the pipeline project, overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities include: Managing the delivery of a $15 million Sydney Water pipeline project.
Overseeing project planning, programming and construction activities.
Managing subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
Monitoring project costs, budgets and progress claims.
Ensuring compliance with quality assurance, safety and environmental requirements.
Managing project documentation, reporting and client relationships.




Providing leadership and support to site-based engineering and delivery teams.
About You Tertiary qualified in Civil Engineering.
Proven experience delivering civil infrastructure projects.
Previous experience working on water infrastructure or pipeline projects.
Strong understanding of project planning, cost control and subcontractor management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to take ownership of project delivery and drive outcomes on site.
