That makes us an easy sell, and it means you can earn every month, not just once per placement.The roleWe're looking for experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants to partner with us as independent contractors.
You'll own the relationship from start to finish, so what you promise a client is what you deliver:Find and sign current Brisbane clients in the Corporate and Retail sectorsRun consultations and onboard clients through our client portalSource, interview, screen and shortlist candidatesManage client relationships, feedback and renewalsSupport candidates through placement and our Workplace Wellbeing ProgramHow you get paidThis is a commission-only contractor role, with no base salary.Sign-on bonus: 50% of the client's first monthly fee for every current client you bring in, paid once their first payment clearsMonthly trail:



40% of the client's monthly fee for every month the client needs candidates and you deliver themClients we allocate to you: 40% monthly trailInvoice us monthly and get paid within 14 daysFor example, one client on our $2,000/month Starter package earns you $1,800 in the first month (a $1,000 sign-on bonus plus an $800 trail), then $800 for every month you deliver candidates.
Build up to five clients on a mix of packages and you could earn around $7,200 a month in trail.
Your income grows with every client you sign.Hybrid and flexibleWork from home and meet clients and candidates around Brisbane.
You set your own hours, manage your own diary, and choose which work you take on.
You're free to run your own business and work with other clients too.
