Theory Crew is looking for an Influencer Marketing Account Manager to join our growing team.
You'll lead bespoke influencer strategy and creator-led campaigns for some of Australia's best-loved lifestyle brands.This is a dedicated influencer role, working closely with our campaign leadership team and suits an Account Manager who knows the Australian creator landscape inside out.About Theory CrewWe're one of Australia's leading independent PR, influencer marketing and social media agencies for lifestyle brands.

Our work spans PR, influencer marketing, paid social, UGC, content creation, activations, and integrated campaigns.The roleYou'll manage client relationships day to day and lead influencer and creator-led campaigns from strategy through to negotiation, execution and reporting.
You will:Develop influencer strategies and bespoke influencer programs that hit client KPIsSource, vet and secure the right creators for each briefLead negotiations with creators, talent managers and agencies on fees, deliverables, usage rights and exclusivityManage influencer contracts, briefs,



approvals and disclosure complianceReport on campaign performance and turn results into insightsBe the trusted day-to-day contact for your clientsManage timelines, budgets and talent payments across multiple accountsLead, mentor and support junior team membersWhat we are looking for:3+ years' influencer marketing experience, ideally agency sideEstablished relationships with Australian creators, talent managers and talent agenciesA proven track record of delivering bespoke influencer campaigns from strategy to reporting, primarily across Instagram, TikTok and YouTubeA confident, commercially minded negotiator who protects both client budgets and creator relationshipsWorking knowledge of disclosure requirements and Australian advertising codesComfortable with the numbers, from reach and engagement to EMV, CPE and conversionsHighly organised with a sharp eye for detail, and at home in a fast-paced, multi-client environmentExperience leading and mentoring junior team membersWhy Us?
