We are seeking a Remote Client Support Representative – Travel to assist clients throughout their travel journey.
In this fully remote role, you will serve as a key point of contact for travelers, providing support before, during, and after their trips to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support clients remotely via email, phone, and messaging platformsRespond to travel-related inquiries in a timely, professional mannerAssist with itinerary changes, cancellations, updates, and special requestsProvide clear information on destinations, travel requirements, and agency processesMonitor upcoming trips and proactively communicate with clients as neededResolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Ideal Candidate
Strong written and verbal communication skillsCustomer service experience (travel, hospitality, or support roles preferred)Highly organized, dependable, and detail-orientedComfortable working independently in a fully remote roleAble to learn new systems, booking platforms, and digital tools quicklyPassionate about travel and delivering excellent client support
