They are responsible for the safe, effective and efficient management of all facilities, services and resources Additionally they provide leadership phone support for Alan David Lodge and the After-Hours Palliative Care team.KeyresponsibilitiesClinical & Patient/Resident Care Management – Clinical decision-making, bed allocation, admissions and management of complex patient/resident matters.People & Resource Management – Human resource management, workforce allocation, delegation, material resources, buildings and information systems.Risk, Safety & Incident Management – OH&S;, emergency response, incident management/debriefing, responsible injuries, security and performance issues.Governance, Compliance & Reporting – SIRS and incident reporting, reliable complaints, regulatory compliance,
