You'll take client videos from script to final export: shaping the idea, getting it on camera and cutting it into something that works.We're a 13-person team with in-house editors and multiple retainer clients running at once.
The pace is quick and your work is visible from day one.What You'll Be DoingWriting and pre-producing scripts for social videos and Meta adsShooting on Canon and Blackmagic, generally one or two shoots a weekRunning shoot days and working directly with clients on setCutting short and long-form content in Premiere ProBuilding ad edits with strong hooks, pacing and structureHandling your own graphics, sound and colour to a clean finishJuggling several projects at once without anything slippingYou'll Have3+ years shooting and editing professionally at a production company, agency or in-house teamSpeed and polish in Premiere Pro, plus confidence in After Effects (Resolve is a bonus)Solid camera skills,
