CREATIVE EXHIBITION & EXPERIENCE DESIGNERCre8 Co. is looking for a talented Creative Exhibition & Experience Designer to work with the Sydney team on a versatile contract basis, approximately ***** hours per week.
You'll design and deliver exhibitions, brand activations and experiential spaces for some of Australia's and the world's leading brands, including Coca-Cola, Lexus and Thales.
This is an extension of the team arrangement, working under the Cre8 Co. banner, attending client meetings, site inspections and design presentations as required, with the goal of building a long-term working relationship.Key responsibilitiesDevelop exhibition stands and trade show environmentsDesign brand activations and experiential spacesCreate 3D spatial and environmental design conceptsProduce creative concepts, mood boards and design presentationsDevelop design documentation and production-ready materialsIntegrate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and graphic elementsCreate visually impressive concepts that are practical and buildableCollaborate with internal team and production partners to bring concepts to lifeExplore AI-assisted creative tools to enhance design,



visualisation and concept developmentPresent ideas and communicate directly with clientsAbout youStrong creative instincts and excellent spatial design skillsHighly proficient in relevant 3D modelling and design softwareAbility to interpret a client brief and develop compelling creative conceptsUnderstanding of different brand aesthetics, materials and finishesAbility to move confidently between premium, corporate, playful and experiential designUnderstanding of how to design for real-world production and installationComfortable presenting ideas and communicating directly with clientsProactive, reliable and able to work independentlyInterested in AI and emerging design technologyExperience in exhibitions, experiential design, brand activations, events, interiors or spatial designAbout usCre8 Co. designs and delivers exhibitions, brand activations and experiential spaces for some of Australia's and the world's leading brands.
