Due to continued growth across the Sydney Region and client requirements, we are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team near the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.The RoleThis is a First Nations identified position for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants.The successful candidates will provide safe, respectful and culturally responsive support to participants, helping them achieve their individual goals, strengthen community connections and enhance their independence, wellbeing and quality of life.Candidates should have relevant experience in disability support, a robust understanding of person-centred care and a commitment to providing safe,
