This role has a strong focus on social media management and in-house design.
The role also supports communication, marketing, digital engagement and stakeholder communications for nationally significant environmental programs.Key responsibilitiesSocial media content creation and management including analyticsCreate content for websites presentations and publicationsLayout and distribution of e-newslettersResponsible for in-house design of communication publicationsPlan and coordinate events, webinars and stakeholder engagement activitiesSupport with board and member partner meetingsSupport fundraising, media relations and brand development initiativesManage and provide support for current CISS CRM system and transition to SalesforceAbout youDegree Qualification in communications,



science communications, public relations, marketing or related fieldDemonstrated experience in science communications highly desirableExperience in managing social media (Loomly), using WordPress and Google AnalyticsBasic skills in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva and Mail ChimpExperience with CRM database systems, such as Salesforce, highly desirableExperience with project management systems, such as AsanaExcellent writing, editing and storytelling skillsStrong project management and organisational skillsAbout usThe Centre for Invasive Species Solutions (CISS) is a cooperative and purpose-driven team working to protect Australia's environment.
