We're looking for a friendly, professional and highly organised Reception & Property Coordinator to join our LIV team.This isn't a traditional reception role.
You'll be at the centre of the day-to-day operation of the property, building genuine relationships with residents, coordinating enquiries and maintenance requests, and helping the on-site team keep everything running smoothly.For someone looking to build a career in property, real estate or Build to Rent, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn the operation of a large residential property and grow your career within Mirvac.Your responsibilities will includeCreating a warm, professional and welcoming experience for residents, visitors and guestsBuilding genuine relationships with residents and getting to know our communityManaging and triaging enquiries across reception, phone, email and digital channels, ensuring they are prioritised, allocated and followed throughLiaising with residents to arrange maintenance access, provide updates and ensure requests are followed through to completionPreparing clear and professional resident correspondence, building communications and noticesSupporting move-ins and move-outs, including welcome packs, key coding and system updatesSupporting resident events,



community initiativesMaintaining accurate records and assisting with property administration, including raising purchase ordersAbout youYou're naturally friendly, approachable and professional, with a genuine interest in people and delivering great customer service.You're highly organised, a robust communicator and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
You take ownership, follow things through and can build rapport with a wide range of people.Experience in customer service, hospitality, hotels, real estate or another people-focused environment could all translate well.
