As a Contact Centre Consultant you will be key to delivering accurate information to students regarding courses and general enquiries.
Supporting our clients peak period, these roles will be high volume student communication through inbound and outbound calls.Key Responsibilities:Providing information on courses and enrolment optionsMaking outbound follow up calls to studentsResponding to general student enquiriesCompleting general administrative support tasksMaintaining and updating student management systemsWhen will I do it?




These roles are temporary positions available to commence 16th November with a duration through until 20 February ****You will work full time hours Monday to Friday between 8.30am - 6.00pm with some overtime requiredInitial training is for 1-2 weeks ******hrs/wk)These positions will be based at Mt. Gravatt and remunerated at $*****/hr + SuperA compulsory criminal history check will be conducted for shortlisted candidates.
Candidates on Working Holiday Visas will be considered.
