Collections Officer – Accounts ReceivableThis is a hands-on collections position involving regular outbound customer contact throughout the day.
You will take ownership of the accounts receivable and collections process, managing outstanding balances and working towards collection targets.Key responsibilitiesContact customers daily regarding overdue invoices and outstanding paymentsManage accounts receivable and follow up outstanding balances through phone calls, emails and SMSProcess payments and send payment links to customersMaintain accurate customer account records using QuickBooksUse dedicated calling and CRM systems to manage collections activityNegotiate payment arrangements and resolve account queries professionallyTrack outstanding invoices, prioritise overdue accounts and follow up consistentlyWork towards weekly and monthly collection targetsProvide regular updates to management on outstanding accounts and payment progressAbout youPrevious experience in debt collection,
