Territory Manager - Adelaide (Full Time or Part Time)Mac Merchandising is one of the leading sale and merchandising companies in Australia, partnering with some of the world's best recognised brands such as Darrell Lea, Chobani, Jack Links and MyMuscleChef.We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Territory Manager to join our recently expanded field sales team.As a Territory Manager, you'll represent multiple leading brands across independent retailers.You will be required to call and have ownership on, within an 8-week cycle, some overnight travel required.Adelaide City and Surrounding RegionsWorking as part of a dynamic team, you'll be responsible for managing relationships, drive sales to achieve targets and uphold high standards in execution and compliance of in-store activity.
You will play a key role in ensuring our brands are represented to the highest standards in store, while building strong relationships with stores and the wider Mac Team.This is a hands on, field-based role, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a face past environment and contributing to a high performing team.Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow sales within independent retailers across your designated territory through direct selling & negotiating with Store Managers and ownersDevelop strong relationships with store owners, managers, and key decision-makers.Present, promote, and merchandise multiple brands to maximize in-store impact.Identify sales opportunities and negotiate deals to increase distribution and off location activities.Provide market insights, competitor analysis,
