Job Type: Permanent position | Full time positionJob DescriptionAbout the Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our growing accounting practice in Chatswood, Sydney.
This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of accounting, taxation and business advisory services while working with a diverse client base.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare individual, company, trust and partnership income tax returns.Assist with the preparation of financial statements and management reports.Prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements (BAS) and assist with GST compliance.Perform bookkeeping, bank reconciliations and payroll processing.Assist with taxation and accounting compliance matters.Liaise with clients and the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).
Support senior accountants with various accounting and business advisory assignments.RequirementsRelevant qualifications in Accounting,
