CNC Mill Turn Setter / Machinist | $40–$50/hr + OTInfinite Engineering is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Turn Setter / Machinist to join our Sunshine West production team.
You'll be working with DMG MORI and MORI SEIKI mill-turn machines, producing precision components in an established manufacturing setting.
This is a genuine machine-setting position requiring someone who can confidently prepare, set up, prove out and run production jobs with minimal supervision.Key responsibilitiesIndependently setting up CNC mill-turn machines for productionSetting tooling, work holding, offsets and machining parametersSetting up and operating automatic bar feedersLoading, checking and safely proving CNC programsProducing and inspecting first-off componentsMaking tooling and wear offset adjustmentsTroubleshooting machining and setup issuesMaintaining consistent quality across production runsImproving setups, cycle times and production efficiencyFollowing company quality and safety proceduresAbout youProven experience independently setting CNC turning or mill-turn machinesStrong practical knowledge of CNC machining processesPrevious/ Current experience with using DMG MORI and MORI SEIKI CNC MachinesConfidence with tooling, offsets,
