That means:Complex clinical care including medication administration, palliative care, catheter and stoma care, bowel care, and oxygen therapyMonitoring and reporting on client wellbeing and health progressCollaborating with GPs and allied health professionalsProviding mentoring, coaching, and skills assessments for our Community Support Professionals and Enrolled NursesKeeping great records using our digital care platformWho we're looking forYou don't need to have worked in community care before, but you do need to be the kind of nurse who genuinely cares about the people in front of you.
