About the Role
We're looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our in-house Marketing team at our Stapylton Head Office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves design, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to work across a huge variety of creative projects.
You'll collaborate with one of the strongest marketing teams in the tool industry and gain exposure to all areas of marketing - because everything we create is done in-house.
If you're after a slow-paced corporate 9-5 role... this probably isn't for you.
But if you're creative, energetic, organised, and excited by retail marketing, branding, digital content, and campaign design - we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Design a wide range of marketing materials including:
Flyers
Posters
Social media graphics
Website assets
Maintain and evolve the TradeTools visual identity across all platforms
Create engaging email marketing campaigns and promotional graphics




Collaborate closely with all areas of the Marketing team on projects from concept through to completion
Support the Product team with design requirements where needed
Develop an understanding of our customers, products, and the tool industry
About You
You're a creative thinker with strong technical design skills and a practical, common-sense approach to problem solving.
You'll also bring:
Previous Graphic Design experience in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications in Graphic Design
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite including:
InDesign
Photoshop
Illustrator
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Understanding of print production processes, file preparation, and colour management
Confidence to identify issues, ask questions, and contribute ideas
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience or interest in the tools, trade, or industrial industry is highly regarded.
