You'll play a key role in supporting the Accounts Payable function, including payment processing, accurate account allocations, and vendor support.
This is a great opportunity to strengthen your transactional finance experience while contributing to a collaborative and supportive Shared Services team.
Key Responsibilities
End to end Accounts Payable experience
Processing a high volume of accounts payable invoices in SAP
Ensuring three-way matching of invoices against Purchase Orders
High volume verification of incoming supplier invoices via Readsoft
Exposure to Vendor Master Management and Freight Invoice Processing
Management of supplier enquiries
Maintaining compliance with internal controls
Who are we looking for?
Ideally, you'll bring:
Prior experience using SAP is essential for the successful candidate
Proven experience minimum 2-3 years of working in Accounts Payable is desirable
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Versatile and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment




Confident liaising with a variety of stakeholders across the Finance and broader business
High attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with the desire to continue learning and developing
