JA Recruitment is partnering with a well-established Brisbane real estate agency looking to add a Leasing Consultant / Assistant Property Manager to their growing team.If you enjoy getting out and about rather than spending your whole week behind a desk, this could be a great fit.
You'll spend much of your time out at properties, managing inspections and leasing activity, while also working closely with an experienced Property Management team.With a company car and mobile phone provided, plus every Friday off, this role offers plenty of variety and the chance to continue building your career in Property Management.What you'll be doingRunning open homes and arranging private viewingsResponding to prospective tenant enquiries and assisting throughout the leasing processCarrying out routine property inspections across the portfolioPreparing thorough inspection reports and keeping records up to dateCompleting entry and exit condition reportsPicking up maintenance concerns during inspections and communicating these back to the teamKeeping landlords and tenants updated where requiredAssisting the Property Managers with general portfolio tasksKeeping inspection-related administration accurate and up to dateProviding a positive experience for tenants,



landlords and prospective tenantsAbout youYou'll suit this role if you're comfortable managing your day on the road, enjoy dealing with people and can stay on top of a busy schedule without needing to be constantly supervised.You'll bring:Some previous exposure to real estate or Property Management is preferredA current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate or licenceA current driver's licenceStrong time management and the ability to plan your day effectivelyClear and confident communication skillsGreat attention to detail, particularly when completing reportsThe ability to work independently while still being part of a wider teamA dependable, proactive and professional approachFamiliarity with property management platforms such as PropertyMe, Inspection Express or Inspect Real Estate would be beneficialWhat's in it for you?
