These are regular, ongoing rostered shifts offered under a casual employment arrangement.About the RoleAs the Registered Nurse In Charge, you will oversee clinical care and nursing operations during your night shifts, ensuring the safety,



wellbeing and comfort of our residents.What You Will NeedCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered NursePrevious aged care experience, preferably in a senior or RNIC capacityStrong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality StandardsConfidence in clinical decision making and managing overnight careExcellent communication, leadership and time management skillsAbility to work independently and support the wider care teamCurrent National Police CheckCurrent **** influenza vaccinationCOVID vaccination record (minimum 3 doses)Experience with eCase is advantageousWhy Join The Alexander?
