We are looking for a Reliability Test Technician to support hands-on execution of reliability and environmental testing for hardware systems in a lab setting.
In this role, you will set up and operate test equipment, document results, and collaborate with engineers to identify issues and improve product performance, ensuring accurate testing and adherence to safety and quality standards.RequirementsAssociate degree or trade school certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field2+ years of hands-on experience working in a reliability and/or manufacturing test environmentStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex technical informationPreferred Skills And ExperienceExperience with Azure DevOpsWorking knowledge of computer and networking hardware setup and troubleshootingProficiency with basic power tools for hardware assembly and disassemblyCompetency in documentation using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointFamiliarity with electronics, PCBs, discrete components, and mechanical enclosures (plastic, sheet metal,
