This role offers attractive remuneration package, combined with genuine professional fulfilment and an outstanding lifestyle in a unique remote community.The RoleYou will work within a Rural Generalist model, primarily practising in your area of advanced skills (Obstetrics), with the flexibility to contribute across emergency, inpatient care, and special clinics as required.Appointments will be made at Rural Generalist Level 1 to Senior Rural Generalist Level 3, depending on experience.Remuneration & IncentivesTotal remuneration package: $366,402 – $447,470 per annum, including:Base salary: $207,165 – $234,964Practitioner Allowance: 30% of base salaryProfessional Development Allowance: $22,251 per annumRevenue Activity Incentives:
