TAF Capital acts as trustee for JellyC, one of the region's leading digital asset investment managers, so this role sits at the intersection of core compliance/finance work and exposure to institutional‐grade digital asset funds."Position OverviewTAF Capital is seeking a Finance & Compliance Manager to manage financial reporting, reconciliations and operational finance activities, while supporting the Company's regulatory, risk and compliance functions.
This hands‐on role suits someone with an accounting, finance or audit background who is also comfortable with (or keen to develop) compliance, risk and regulatory work in financial services.
You'll work closely with senior management across finance, governance, risk and compliance, with exposure to emerging areas such as digital assets and trustee services.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance & AccountsManage reconciliations, management reporting and financial oversight activitiesAssist with financial controls, operational reviews and audit requirementsCompliance & Legal SupportSupport AML/CTF,



risk management and governance frameworksManage customer due diligence, onboarding, transaction monitoring and sanctions screeningAssist with regulatory reporting and engagement with ASIC, AUSTRAC and other stakeholdersMaintain policies, procedures, registers and governance documentationExperience & QualificationsRequired3+ years' experience in accounting, finance or audit, ideally within financial services, funds management, AFSL-regulated businesses or fintechExperience preparing management accounts, reconciliations or financial analysisIdeal – Exposure to compliance, legal or regulatory processes (e.g. AML/CTF, contracts, policy drafting)DesirableUnderstanding of ASIC regulatory framework and AUSTRAC AML/CTF obligationsExperience with AML/CTF programs, KYC tools or transaction monitoringExposure to digital assets, remittance or trustee servicesKey Skills & AttributesStrong accounting and financial analysis skills; able to identify anomalies and risksSound understanding of financial controls and operational risk managementLegal/compliance mindset — comfortable with policy drafting and regulatory documentationProficient in Xero, Microsoft Office, SharePoint and AI-enabled productivity toolsExcellent attention to detail and organisation; able to manage multiple priorities in a small, growing business
