Working across a varied portfolio of campaigns, content and brand activity, you'll bring structure, clarity and consistency to creative delivery, enabling the team to produce high-quality work that supports BIMM University's strategic objectives.What You'll Do:Manage the day-to-day operation of Creative Services, ensuring work is planned, prioritised and delivered effectivelyOversee workflows, briefing processes, production schedules and the creative pipeline, ensuring projects progress smoothly from concept to deliveryTranslate briefs into clear delivery plans, ensuring objectives, scope, timelines and expectations are understood from the outsetCoordinate and prioritise work across campaigns, content and business-as-usual activity, adapting plans as priorities changeAllocate work across design, video and other disciplines based on capacity, capability and deadlinesMaintain oversight of production schedules, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues and managing dependenciesEnsure all outputs meet brand standards, quality expectations and agreed objectivesImprove briefing, feedback and approval processes to increase efficiency and reduce reworkAct as the key operational link between Creative Services and marketing,



recruitment and academic stakeholdersManage external suppliers where required, ensuring quality, consistency and value for moneySupport the wellbeing and development of the team through effective planning, communication and explicit expectationsContribute to the continuous improvement of creative operations, tools and ways of workingWhat You'll Bring:Proven experience managing workflows, schedules and delivery within a busy creative, marketing or content-focused environmentStrong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlinesExperience working with multidisciplinary teams, including design, content and video productionExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to build effective working relationships across a range of audiencesStrong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workExperience implementing or improving processes and ways of working to enhance efficiency and deliveryExperience working within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment would be advantageousTo support the needs of the team, the successful candidate will be expected to be in post by 1st December ****.Why BIMM University?
