The role entails ensuring the quality and efficiency of API and web services, as well as designing and implementing automated tests using selenium.Key Responsibilities1.
Conduct api testing to ensure functionality, reliability, performance, and security of various software applications2.
Create and execute automated test scripts using selenium for web application testing3.
Collaborate with development and testing teams to enhance testing processes and improve product quality4.
Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements5.
Identify and report bugs and work with cross functional teams to resolve issues in a timely mannerSkill Requirements1.




Proficiency in api testing tools such as postman, soap ui, or restassured2.
Strong experience in designing and executing automated test scripts using selenium webdriver3.
Sound knowledge of software development life cycle (sdlc) and testing methodologies4.
Familiarity with programming languages like java, python, or c# for test automation5.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills6.
Robust communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environmentOther Requirements1.ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (preferred)
