Webuild Australia is seeking an ER/IR Advisor to join the K2 Team in Perth, supporting specialist employee and industrial relations across the Kwinana project.
Frequent site visits to Kwinana will be required, with a focus on compliance with enterprise agreements, industrial instruments and site IR protocols.You will provide day-to-day ER/IR support to site leadership, assist with union engagement, supervise disputes, and ensure procedural fairness in investigations and disciplinary processes,
