Based in Richmond, South Australia, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of demolition projects, from estimating and planning to project execution and delivery.
Your role will be pivotal in contributing to the company's growth and success within the construction industry.What you'll be doingPreparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for demolition projectsDeveloping detailed project plans and schedules to ensure timely and efficient project deliveryManaging all aspects of demolition projects, including resource allocation, site supervision, and stakeholder communicationIdentifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure project successCollaborating with the wider team to continuously improve processes and drive innovationEnsuring projects are completed to the highest safety and quality standardsWhat we're looking forSubstantial experience as a Project Manager/Estimator in the Demolition or construction industryDemonstrated success in managing complex demolition projects from start to finishExcellent estimating and project planning skills,
