About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our Finance team.
This is a hands-on role that will support financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, forecasting and day-to-day accounting activities across a growing and diverse business.
Working closely with the CFO and wider leadership team, you will play an significant role in delivering accurate financial information, improving processes and supporting business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
General ledger maintenance and reconciliations
Month-end and year-end reporting activities
Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
Fixed asset and inventory accounting
Financial analysis and performance reporting




Supporting internal and external audit requirements
Maintaining financial controls and compliance
Identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes
Providing financial support to managers across the business
Assisting with ad hoc projects and business initiatives as required
About You
You will be a qualified or part-qualified accountant with strong technical accounting skills and a practical, hands-on approach.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Degree qualifications in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
CPA or CA qualification (or working towards completion)
Minimum 3 years' accounting experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with ERP or accounting systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
