What You Could Be Doing
Depending on the opportunity, responsibilities may include:
Reviewing and processing contractor and vendor claims
Preparing payment journals and supporting documentation
Validating completed work orders prior to payment
Supporting invoicing activities and financial administration
Liaising with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders
Investigating discrepancies and resolving payment queries
Maintaining accurate records and supporting documentation
Updating contract management and financial systems
Supporting reporting and compliance activities
Contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency
We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have
Experience in claims administration, accounts administration, financial processing or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A customer-focused approach and positive attitude
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel




Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Highly Regarded
Experience within facilities management, maintenance, construction or property services environments
Experience processing contractor claims, invoices or payment requests
Exposure to contract administration or financial administration processes
Qualifications in Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline
