and meal preparationSupporting transportation needs and community accessPromoting and facilitating meaningful community participationManaging challenging situations with professionalism and empathyEssential RequirementsDemonstrated experience in providing high-intensity supportExperience in implementing Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs)NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)Blue Card (Working with Children Check)Required Training Certificates:NDIS Worker Orientation ModuleRelevant NDIS training modulesInfection Control TrainingMedication Administration TrainingCurrent First Aid CertificateProven experience in manual handling (hoist use), medication administration, and mental health supportCurrent Australian Driver Licence and access to a vehicle suitable for work purposes (with comprehensive insurance)Proof of COVID-19 vaccinationCurrent National Police ClearanceLegal right to work in AustraliaOwnership of a smartphone for rostering and documentation purposes via our client management appDesirable QualificationsCertificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability (or currently enrolled)Valid certificates in medication administration and manual handlingWhy Join Us?
