Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role is responsible for the efficient management of accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors, subcontractors, and staff.
This is a hands‐on position where attention to detail, accuracy, and strong vendor relationship management are key.
You'll also contribute to streamlining processes and supporting finance projects that drive efficiency and compliance across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately process and code invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies.Coordinate and process vendor payments, staff reimbursements, and credit card reconciliations.Conduct supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.Respond to supplier and internal queries in a timely and skilled manner.Assist with audits, reporting,
