You are responsible for the face-to-face sales of, and for simple installations of our battery products.
On the job training can be provided for installation of battery products if required.A minimum of retail sales experience is required for this position to effectively handle face-to-face sales interactions and customer enquiries.FOCUS & PURPOSE OF THE ROLESALES & CUSTOMER SERVICEProvide excellent, thorough customer service with a willing attitude to provide tailored solutions to all customers and being able to address escalated customer complaint and best modelling practices for floor staff.
Maintaining timely and consistent quote turn around times and follow-up.MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS & FINANCESound knowledge of P&L; & KPI's.
Be able to manage and oversee store in the absence of the branch manager.
Maintain a positive working environment.PRODUCT INSTALLATION & ADVICEEnsure customer satisfaction through sound advise and simple installation of battery products.




Able to assist customers with warranty claims and credit returns.INVENTORY CONTROL STORE & WAREHOUSING OPERATIONSAssist Branch Manager in managing and maintaining the correct stocks and stock levels, processing stock orders and inter branch orders, tracking and unpacking .
