Supporting team members across Australia, New Zealand and Canada, you'll take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing while providing knowledgeable and responsive support across payroll and time and attendance queries.What you'll be doingTaking ownership of end-to-end pay runs, ensuring accuracy and completenessReviewing and processing time and attendance and other payroll dataMaintaining accurate employee and payroll recordsCompleting payroll compliance checks and legislated paymentsProviding payroll advice and support to team members, HR and leadersPreparing accurate payroll reporting for internal and external stakeholdersSupporting peer checking and cross-training across the payroll teamContributing to ongoing improvements across payroll and HR processesWhat we're looking forYou'll be an experienced payroll professional who is highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Ideally, you'll bring:A minimum of 5 years' payroll experienceKnowledge of relevant payroll legislationStrong attention to detail and time management skillsA collaborative approach and willingness to support the wider teamStrong communication and customer service skillsThe ability to work independently and prioritise competing deadlinesExperience with ADP Payforce or Dayforce would be highly regardedWhat's on offerThis is an prospect to bring your payroll experience to a collaborative team supporting the Michael Hill business across three countries.
